The front desk staff were very helpful and made the experience easy. We were greeted and acknowledged promptly. I believe it was Gracelia and Juan at the front desk. Juan was excellent.

The rep I spoke with online gave me an appointment for a location in Imperial Beach that was closed. The staff went above and beyond at the location in National City. They were professional, kind, and helpful. I highly recommend them.
