We did our new rental arrangements in-person with Lydia on 1/18/23 and would give her the highest possible compliments for her exceptional customer service. She is a real gem and we hope the Company recognizes this! She was personable, knowledgeable, efficient and assured us that she would help us identify exactly the right unit which she did! My experience was great , johnnykin was very knowledgeable and well versed...he treated me as if we knew eachother for years....his customer service was 100 out of 100...blessed to have him as your employee...tell him I said thanks again...
