Joe and Jonakin were fantastic in helping me figure out what I needed. I ended up needing a 10X25, but they were out and so Joe made the price for 2 close to the price for the 10X25. The help, smiles, letting me vent over this move we are doing was a huge relief and their level heads made this perfect. Thanks guys, I am a happy gal.

We were quite impressed by the amount of time that Joe spent with us as we tried to decide which unit would work best for us. He showed us several, checked the inventory again when we returned to the office, and found another option that is ideal for what we need. He was thorough in his explanations, answered our many questions, and was very professional.
