The facility is clean, the staff is very attentive and friendly. If I was eating solely on that then I would give 5 stars. I’m giving 3 stars because I could almost never get a cart. I do most of my storage related stuff in the evening or weekends. The office is closed do they don’t have carts available. On the days I did show up during office hours then there was a mad dash to get carts seems like they need a few more for facilities this size. Last, the elevators. Great customer service. Elizabeth was a delight to deal with. Very knowlegable. Covered all and left nothing to have a question on. I was pretty impressed with the young lady with all her professionalism. I also loved the great deal I was able to benefit from. Premises looked clean and well kept. Overall I am a happy customer.
Working on a budget, but wanting a safe and clean storage complex at the same time made things stressful for me at first... I found out about this place from a friend. I'm glad I got referred to this place. The facility is very clean and well maintained. I'm actually comfortable with the safety features. And the access hours are very flexible. This facility was always clean. I never had any problems getting to my unit. It was very easy to get ahold of a staff member during office hours. They were always kind and professional. They contacted me immediately the one time I followed a car in to ensure I opened my unit and not a stranger. I didn’t even know that was a thing. Great security.
I am extremely pleased that I was able to rent a 10' X 15' unit from this excellent facility. Kaela assisted me and her service was fast, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable! I had checked out a nearby competitor and A-1 was able to offer me a price for the 10' X 15' unit for less than the other facility wanted to charge me for a 10' X 10' unit. This facility is modern, clean and secure.
