This storage location has great customer service Idalia really goes above and beyond and is very nice. I definitely recommend this location.
Been at the storage facility since 2018 and every year they raise the rates. Paying way too much money for the little storage space that I had. Plus Front Desk girl with glasses has horrible customer service. So happy to cancel my account with them moved to a different spot in Chula Vista 3x a the size way less money. I should've moved out years ago.
I just wanted to say just how great Idalia was today when I got after my flight I was mad and she calmed me down and helped me.
To add onto my review. I think what I find most upsetting, is that no one has reached out to my boyfriend about this. Not one word. The staff has not taken any time to follow up on this issue, why??

I started with a larger unit, but then donated some furniture, so I asked about transferring to a smaller unit. Idalia was very patient and answered all my questions about the process. I can see why she is in charge. I was almost going to move to another storage facility because of a special offer, but decided to stay at A1. You cannot beat great service!
