I have dealt with Linda at the Chula Vista branch several times. From our first encounter I have been impressed with her friendly and professional manner. She is very encouraging and very understanding. Excellent customer service is hard to find these days, but not with Linda. Thank you Linda for being so professional and pleasant!

I recently rented a storage unit at this location to store my belonging as I transitioned into moving into buying a new place. The staff is very friendly; I was greeted by a Linda whom was very informative and gave me that feeling that my stored things would be safe. This was the first time I have used a storage unit and was very surprised on how clean this facility was throughout the building, even my storage unit was very clean initially when I first moved in. Thank you to other yelpers for writing the reviews! I was about to go to another storage place and they had terrible reviews. Then I saw A1 Self Storage's reviews! I rarely give 5 stars, but this place deserves them for sure. It was so easy to reserve a unit online. Then when we went into the office, Jules was extremely friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. He went through everything quick, but thoroughly. Okay, so I needed a storage facility. I originally thought of A-1 because it is close to where I will be staying in Chula Vista. Then, upon researching, decided I really wanted ground floor access and A-1 was a little to expensive. I had decided, in my head, to go to Eastlake Storage. Of all the storage places to choose from in the area, I found this A-1 Self Storage location to have the best customer service, great amenities, convenient hours and was also the most cleanest & well-maintained. They even offer a wide selection of boxes & moving supplies. Gina was a pleasure to work with. She made the entire rental process so quick & easy. I would say that having the need for storing items isn't high on anyone's list which usually means it is a process and you get through it as quickly as you can. That being said working with A1 Storage and Gina is far more than you would expect. My story is as follows.. I had somethings that I needed to store until I got a bigger place and stumbled upon this place by chance. I walked in was greeted by Gina who offered to show me a couple of units.
