When we got there, Ray that we talked too was very helpful and very nice. Listened and showed us around and then concerned bout our needs. He went over and beyond my expectations!! Outstanding service! Never rented a unit before and the process was made easy by the staff! Thank you. They sent me pictures of available units, figured out what size space I needed, and provided me with hidden discounts. Would highly recommend!

I'm pretty new to this self storage facilities and I was looking for one (before I get deployed) and saw A-1 Self Storage. Place is pretty clean and quiet. They DO offer military discount which is 5%.
Exemplary! We are new to A-1 Storage (Chula Vista) and are 100% pleased with the safety, service, cleanliness and access. From start to finish, what was a horrific reason for us to have to obtain storage in the first place, this has become quite a pleasant experience. I cannot rave enough about Graciela. The ABSOLUTE best service you can ask for. You must ask for Graciela, she's the best! We have an awesome deal on out storage, and we're only keeping it 6 months. Easy access. Heck go bowling after since its next to a bowling ally. Live this place. Must go!!!

Good customer service. Clean place and secure. Graciela at the office was very nice and great to work with. The 24hr kiosk also great and easy to reach someone there. We got there when the office was empty but reached someone via kiosk. We were able to take a look at the storage unit first before deciding to rent. We got a first month 50% off discount and also military monthly discount. I won't be worrying about my belongings here! Highly recommend! Hassle free.
