I started with a larger unit, but then donated some furniture, so I asked about transferring to a smaller unit. Idalia was very patient and answered all my questions about the process. I can see why she is in charge. I was almost going to move to another storage facility because of a special offer, but decided to stay at A1. You cannot beat great service!

very clean and well organize, easy access to my stuff and always safe, Idalia was very helpful multiple times and always makes the process a breeze!

They are very friendly. Also very professional. I had a small issue one time. Not even a complaint. The staff took the time to follow up on the issue a few days later with a phone call. I thought that was real cool.

Rey was impressive in his customer service. I was very surprised in how willing he was to show me many sizes in storage units. It is not common nowadays to find great customer service. Premises are well kept and very clean.
