As advertised. The are fast friendly and efficient. I you are looking for somewhere to store you goods this is the place. Employee's are polite and professional. No hidden fee's. This is the second time I have used them and pleased to be back again
Overall very satisfied with my rental unit (5x5) it was just enough room to store my items for a couple months while looking for a new apartment. It is a well maintained, and a clean storage ground. I always saw workers tending to different areas, always friendly. My unit was on the 3rd floor in the 800 area, my only negative comment is that the buildings aren't well ventilated, so whenever I went to my unit it felt like a sauna! Their facility is the best I've seen so far -- clean and appear very secure. The customer service experience is good for the type of business. The only gripe I really have is their pricing. I understand the whole idea of "we get what we pay for" -- sure, but to increase the rent every 3-4 months by $20 is absurd. Their reason? Maintenance and operating costs. Really? This place is fantastic! They had the perfect unit for what I needed and the place is so clean and well lit. There were always dollies when I needed one - even on busy days. Graciela was friendly and efficient checking me in and out. Should I need another unit in the are I know where I will go first!
For this being my first time utilizing a storage unit, I have to say Evan here at A-1 Self Storage made everything seamless. Before even visiting the location my wife called to get an estimate. I got an email right away from Evan with the costs. We went to this location after work and was accompanied with awesome/friendly service. The location is clean on the outside as it is on the inside. When we got there, Ray that we talked too was very helpful and very nice. Listened and showed us around and then concerned bout our needs. He went over and beyond my expectations!! We ended up holding our storage then I came in to reserve and get it, the woman that helped me Graciela. She was very helpful and made me feel like I can be comfortable leaving my stuff there. Outstanding service! Never rented a unit before and the process was made easy by the staff! Thank you. They sent me pictures of available units, figured out what size space I needed, and provided me with hidden discounts. Would highly recommend!
