Edson was very helpful with our move! We were stressed out about not getting to the office in time to rent our unit, but he reassured that we will be able to because they have a 24hour kiosk! I already had my key/lock from my previous A1 storage so he refunded my account. Very friendly and professional. Definitely recommend this location. Clean and secure.

I've only had the absolute best encounter at this location! Both people I spoke to were amazing and super helpful! I will definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a storage unit. Thumbs up guys!

As advertised. The are fast friendly and efficient. I you are looking for somewhere to store you goods this is the place. Employee's are polite and professional. No hidden fee's. This is the second time I have used them and pleased to be back again

Overall very satisfied with my rental unit (5x5) it was just enough room to store my items for a couple months while looking for a new apartment. It is a well maintained, and a clean storage ground. I always saw workers tending to different areas, always friendly. My unit was on the 3rd floor in the 800 area, my only negative comment is that the buildings aren't well ventilated, so whenever I went to my unit it felt like a sauna! Their facility is the best I've seen so far -- clean and appear very secure. The customer service experience is good for the type of business. The only gripe I really have is their pricing. I understand the whole idea of "we get what we pay for" -- sure, but to increase the rent every 3-4 months by $20 is absurd. Their reason? Maintenance and operating costs. Really? This place is fantastic! They had the perfect unit for what I needed and the place is so clean and well lit. There were always dollies when I needed one - even on busy days. Graciela was friendly and efficient checking me in and out. Should I need another unit in the are I know where I will go first!

For this being my first time utilizing a storage unit, I have to say Evan here at A-1 Self Storage made everything seamless. Before even visiting the location my wife called to get an estimate. I got an email right away from Evan with the costs. We went to this location after work and was accompanied with awesome/friendly service. The location is clean on the outside as it is on the inside.
