I found this facility on Yelp and based on their awesome reviews, I decided to give them a call to ask as many questions as I can possibly think of since I had a HORRIBLE experience with a previous storage facility and it's joke of an "owner". I have nothing but great things to say about A-1. Shawn is awesome! She was so helpful during the move out process. She helped me coordinate with Salvation Army and kept me informed along the way (there were issues with Salvation Army). She even helped guide my husband out of the facility in our HUGE moving truck when another car was blocking the exit. As we unpack, we have found no damage to any of stuff. I rented a storage unit at A-1 self storage for a little over 2 years & i have to say that i was 100% satisfied with this place. Very clean & maintained, very safe & secure & last but not least, a friendly staff. No wonder Shawn & Grace continue to win awards. Nothing but good things to say about them & the storage place. The location at Magnoila is lucky to have Grace and Shawn there! These ladies are professional, friendly, and helpful. Shawn always makes me laugh and smile whenever I come to pay my monthly rent. I can truthfully say that she's the only person who has ever made me look forward to paying a bill! :)
Friendly and helpful staff along with a very clean environment...definitely recommend this to anyone needing a storage unit.
