First time using A-1 Self Storage and it was quick and easy with the online rental. When I called to ask about a lock, Patrick answered and was extremely helpful and thorough with all the information I needed. The free lock with the yelp check-in was a nice bonus to help this move go even more smoothly. Which he had ready for me to go inside the unit. The unit was clean and ready. We came to get a unit and use it the same day. This is our first time renting with A-1. Dann set us up and was very nice and helpful. Dann is the man.
The staff here is so nice, friendly and very helpful. They made this process very quick and easy. The property is extremely clean and easy to get around. The units are very clean and have easy access. Thank you for making this a postive experience.
