I had a problem with my lock and Shawn was THE BEST! She contacted a locksmith and he cut the lock off. She was fast, efficient and professional. I will always use A-1 for my storage needs and I highly recommend them.
I found this place on google. And we went in today to look at some units and the lady was so friendly and helpful it made our decision so easy on to pick this place to store our items at. I would reccomend this place to anyone thats looking for a place to store their items. The facility is clean and well kept up.
excellent staff!!!! especially shawn, she is amazing and so helpful. facility is above expectations with its security measures. Also, for the size i needed it was one of the lowest price around. very military friendly!!
I went here after seeing the great reviews and i must say I was not disappointed. The elevators are wide and they have roller carts which fit right in the elevators as well. There was enough room for my fridge and washer plus the cart full of my stuff, aka plenty of space. If your military this is the place to go; you get 5 percent off your monthly bill. Ask for Grace or Shawn, they were fantastic.
A-1 Self Storage Magnolia is the Best! The staff is Great, Grace and Shawn are very helpful and the facility is always clean! If you are looking for storage this is a Great place to Start.........

I found this facility on Yelp and based on their awesome reviews, I decided to give them a call to ask as many questions as I can possibly think of since I had a HORRIBLE experience with a previous storage facility and it's joke of an "owner". I have nothing but great things to say about A-1. Shawn is awesome! She was so helpful during the move out process. She helped me coordinate with Salvation Army and kept me informed along the way (there were issues with Salvation Army). She even helped guide my husband out of the facility in our HUGE moving truck when another car was blocking the exit. As we unpack, we have found no damage to any of stuff. I rented a storage unit at A-1 self storage for a little over 2 years & i have to say that i was 100% satisfied with this place. Very clean & maintained, very safe & secure & last but not least, a friendly staff. No wonder Shawn & Grace continue to win awards. Nothing but good things to say about them & the storage place.
