This is hands down the best personal storage company available. Amazing Grace walked (golf carted) us through the units available and was helpful explaining everything. She was super kind and patient. Made the experience easy. We've been storage shopping and this was the perfect place. Secure grounds, clean area and flexible payment options. Military discounts too! Don't forget to check-in for 3 free boxes!

I had a 10x15 upstairs here for over 2 years. This place serves its basic purpose just fine with no extras. Just the basics. The units have no lights and are often dark inside. The carts are beat and sometimes missing. It gets pretty hot inside in the summer here compared to others ive been in locally. With the cons being said tho, this place is good for the price. Plenty of choices and the prices are very competitive for this area. Worth it. Id rent here again.
I had a problem with my lock and Shawn was THE BEST! She contacted a locksmith and he cut the lock off. She was fast, efficient and professional. I will always use A-1 for my storage needs and I highly recommend them.

I found this place on google. And we went in today to look at some units and the lady was so friendly and helpful it made our decision so easy on to pick this place to store our items at. I would reccomend this place to anyone thats looking for a place to store their items. The facility is clean and well kept up.

excellent staff!!!! especially shawn, she is amazing and so helpful. facility is above expectations with its security measures. Also, for the size i needed it was one of the lowest price around. very military friendly!!

I went here after seeing the great reviews and i must say I was not disappointed. The elevators are wide and they have roller carts which fit right in the elevators as well. There was enough room for my fridge and washer plus the cart full of my stuff, aka plenty of space. If your military this is the place to go; you get 5 percent off your monthly bill. Ask for Grace or Shawn, they were fantastic.
