This specific location gets a 5-Star without question. These ladies know how to run this storage place. They are always at work and so professional and friendly. I could pay for my unit online or via mailing a check but I make the initiative to go to the office to pay just so I can see how it is decorated and get ideas on decorating my house for the holidays. Spoke to Grace in early December about a space and then had to keep putting it off until late Dec. No problem at all and kept the same deal throughout. They can't be more helpful and they are always happy to work with you in any way they can. This is our first experience with a storage unit. They couldn't have made it any easier.

Grace and Shawn were awesome from the moment I walked into the door. Shawn was the one who gave me the tour and my paper work, she was quick and very precise. I am happy to be renting with this company. Also loved the thanksgiving decorations.

Staff are very rude over the phone , if your late on payment they don't work with u, they sold my unit and were very unprofessional , it's the attitudes and lack of professional customer service that makes this place poor. Would not recommend to anyone .

Super legit!!! We're moving but unfortunately our apartment won't be ready by the time they said it would. We wanted to put our furniture in a storage unit close to our new place to make things easy on us... The first place we went to was sooooo over priced considering we wouldn't even be using the storage for a whole month and the employees were just rude.. I was at the location near In and Out and the woman who helped me, Grace, was extremely helpful and very very nice. She answered all the questions I had and was patient and kind the whole time. I don't necessarily make comments online but this woman was so nice and helpful, I had to show I appreciated the service I received. I would recommend this specific spot solely on Grace alone. Thank you for bieng awesome! :)
This is hands down the best personal storage company available. Amazing Grace walked (golf carted) us through the units available and was helpful explaining everything. She was super kind and patient. Made the experience easy. We've been storage shopping and this was the perfect place. Secure grounds, clean area and flexible payment options. Military discounts too! Don't forget to check-in for 3 free boxes!
