The was seriously the easiest process! Reserved online, came in and they gave me a tour of the facility and showed me right to my unit. Glenda was very friendly and informative! Glad I chose them

This is a great facility with a great staff. Clean, well maintained units. Easy access in and out. I would definitely recommend this place and would use them again. Centrally located in east El Cajon by the airport, convenient to main roads and highways. Not sure about rate comparisons, but certainly a quality facility. They deserve your business.

What a joke! The business manager Corina is just as terrible about customer service! I provided the info she asked for and I haven't heard a word from her yet! Now I know why Joe treats his customers the way he does. SMH

No problems whatsoever. Gary was friendly every time we needed questions answered. Thorough with paperwork, fees, policies and expectations. On-line payments were easy and convenient. E-mail reminders timely and consistent.

Updating my previous review, this place used to provide five star service but if I could leave negative stars I would, they don't even deserve one. We went to pay our bill today and they upped our rent. Not only did they not tell us about this in our contract upon signing and opening a new storage unit, but they also didn't tell us or warn us about the rent going up until it was due?
