The process of reserving a unit online was pretty easy. Please know that you are expected to come into the office (IN PERSON) to sign move-in paperwork and contract. My situation was a bit unusual. I am relocating to San Jose and reserved a unit while still living in Pennsylvania. But after a few phone calls to answer qualifying questions, set expectations for doing a cross-country rental such as clarifying my move in date timeline, everything went pretty smoothly. So I moved plenty of times these past few years. and Moving isn't the greatest thing to do. So when I had to find a storage unit to pack all of my belongings I was kinda fearful because of past bad experiences with Public Storage. But I am Super Happy with A1 Storage. The people there are great and very helpful. The units are Nice and Easy to get to. I would recommend this location to any one who needs a good sport to store their belongings. Best customer service ever their performance is on point :) I am pleased w/ the rate I am paying, defenitley cheaper than other rates I was offered at different storage places. I have recommended this location to family and friends and they were all happy as well.
I've recommended this store to so many of my friends and family by now. The staff is really helpful and really friendly. They really try to get you the best deal possible and get you a storage unit just right for your needs. Not only that but I can really trust my stuff to be kept safe. They are very secure and are constantly monitoring the units.
Let's Face it, MOVING Sucks!!! it doesn't help when the vendors you work with to get it all taken care of aren't very helpful. My movers were not the greatest (whole different review there though). Getting my unit seemed to be the ONLY smooth part of this whole process. Thanks to the staff @ A-1 for all your help! ;-) -A
I went in for boxes, the man behind the desk was really helpful. He didn't have boxes I needed but recommended me to another location. 5 stars! Great customer service, it's what it's all about
