I would really like to give better reviews but they raised my rent twice within a 12 month period. If you're considering staying for any length of time, don't count on predictable rates.

Thank you for your feedback, Boky. We, like most storage companies, move in customers at discounted rates. We therefore review those rates at 5-6 months and sometimes make adjustments accordingly. We then review rates again after another 12 months and evaluate market conditions and pricing. Well, well, it's moving time again and after searching Yelp for boxes A1 Storage popped up. The two ladies working there Alona and Rebecca were very helpful and even Alona assisted us carrying a few boxes to the car. Great Service and Good Package deals on boxes.

Alona was great she was very helpful. She broke down the prices of all the storages and did it with a smile on her face. I would defiantly recommend coming here for the great customer service and prices

James was a very patient and helpful person. All my questions were answered and delivered in a very concise manner. He made us understand that they are very flexible and will cater to the storage size we need. One month free promotion was great too as we plan to stay longer as originally intended. The long open hours are great! Who else does that...eh?! Great location, prices, security, and personnel attitude. We love it and we feel good. Now it's time for BOBA! wooohooooo!

Maggie was absolutely helpful in explaining everything that I needed to know about this self storage unit. She took the time to show me around, carefully instruct the procedure and get me a great deal on a storage unit! Additionally, don't EVER go through Uhaul for a storage unit. It is a very deceiving and difficult process. You're better off calling A-1 themselves. Keep up the great work!

Maggie and her team are the BEST! I can not believe there is still a storage facility were they take pride in customer service They actually go the extra mile I was helped in a prompt manner and was given VIP treatment.To make thing better My first month was free!!!!! Absolutely amazing.
