Great place to get your extra storage needs. Excellent customer service. Maggie, the sales associate was extremely helpful and recommended exactly what I needed. For a first timer, I really recommend this location!
I need a storage quickly and Maggie made it so much easier to start, and helped with convenient use of a flatbed, which seems plenty whenever I need it. The storage space is clean, and the price is reasonable as compared to the other storage place (Public Storage) near the same area. I've also had pleasant dealings with other staffs such as Giovanna. They are great people to work with, and you'll enjoy your use of that facility.
I love this place. They are always so friendly and answer all my questions. Maggie was great on helping feel at home here.

I came here in a huff looking for a small box to ship a tablet and wouldn't you know they only had big ones. Well, lucky for me Adam and Giovanna were there and they didnt let me leave empty handed. I was walking out the door and low and behold they found a box PERFECT for what I needed to ship. I don't have a storage here, but if I ever need one I'd definitely entrust my belongings here. We were in desperation with a truck load of furniture. We went to a recommended facility and it was the worst ever. I had my movers[Speedee Movers] there waiting and the owner of Speedee Movers made a call to A-1 Storage and set up a unit for us. Three trucks going thru San Jose to A-1. I have been a customer for over a year now. I've moved from a larger to smaller size unit, and have always enjoyed the best customer service from the staff and can count on grabbing a quick coffee if we are getting off to an early start unloading things from there. I've had a few issues with accounting, partly due to my card number being stolen and having to get that reset, but regardless, they have always been able to offer satisfactory solutions to help resolve my concerns quickly and professionally. I would recommend this facility if you value your personal belongings and appreciate good customer service. The young and helpful women Maggie who works the office is very helpful and informative, not to mention very attractive!
