Staff is professional and the place is clean. Everything was going well since 2014 until about two weeks ago when my unit was broken into. They asked for a list of things that were taken. I didn't have anything valuable in there because I had already started removing stuff and taking some of it to Salvation Army. What's left is old pictures, old cds, old school work and old equipment like an overhead project etc. He ransacked some of the boxes. This place is clean as a whistle. Everything is organized, well-maintained, and super secure. The carts were always available for use, which is key when you have a 3rd floor unit. I felt super safe every single time I was there - no funny business going on, never saw any shady-looking people walking around the property. The young woman at the front desk really helps to sell this place! She is so friendly and helpful! I'm so sorry I can't remember her name but she was great! Moving from Louisiana to California and being tired we didn't need attitude and she was a delight for us! Always smiling and quick with getting our unit!

Awesome friendly service! Came in today looking for my first storage space. The lady who helped me her name is Joanna. She was very helpful and gave me the best deal that I wasn't expected. Thank you, Joanna, you're the sweetest! The facility is clean, fresh, and secure. They sell 3 kinds of bundle boxes deals at decent prices; if you're looking to get any. They got other storage supplies also. Overall, I have a great experience and will definitely recommend my friends to rent a unit from them.

The location is very nice and clean. The staff is always helpful. I kept my things here for a year and when it was time to move there were no issues. Took let then 5 minutes in the office. I would come back to A1 if I need to store items again.

Excellent service! The office is clean and welcoming! The two representatives who were there were absolutely lovely. When I was taken to my reserved space, my rep noticed some odd water marks on the floor, so immediately found a new unit for me. The facilities are great. Highly recommend! Thx, team!

I usually don't write reviews but after my experience today at this location I knew I had to write one! I walked in not really knowing what to ask since it's my first time looking for a place to store some stuff of mine. I was immediately greeted with with a bright smile by a girl at the desk. Just rented a great self storage unit from Sabrina! Couldn't be happier! She made it so easy! Unit was clean and just as described on phone! Paperwork was fast and they have such a great move in special! Called her on the phone and had everything ready for me to just sign! Didn't have a lot of time today! Would recommend to everyone!
