Came here to rent a space for my items which were involved in a fire at a local Public Storage. Only smoke damaged thank God. They were helpful and rented me the same size for lower (their going rate) Much cleaner than the facility I came from and on the ground floor even ! Would recommend this facility
LOVE THIS PLACE!!! The employees are supreme and kind. The storage place very clean very professional very safe I will come back if I ever need them again.
I would like to say that Sabrina and Alona are the best it was very busy when my friend and i got there and the girls were very polite the place was clean . I am going to recommend this place to my friends.
Typical. Rent a very small space and watch the rates increase year after year. So, no matter what you are quoted as a rate, expect that rate to climb. And just an annoyance, but to get into the place you actually have to either get out of your car or punch in the code and then back up your car to get through the gates.
It was my first time at a storage place so I had no idea what I was doing but the staff made me feel very welcomed! Rebecca did an excellent job at explaining prices and storage unit sizes. She even gave me a tour and showed me some units. I thought that was really helpful and kind. Thanks Rebecca! :)
I have to start with the staff. James was definitely a character to be remembered. He's very good at what he does, and has a great sense of humor to. I was able to walk in and get out in a timely manner. I also got the First Month Free promo so that was a bonus! Before even arriving the storage site, James got in contact via phone because I had called prior to check to make sure they had the locker size I was trying to get, and I had told him to save that locker for me; that I was going to be there shortly. Let me start by saying I have nothing to say bad about the staff, very helpful. But on the other hand area manager Allen I can not say the same. In the beginning everything was great! We felt we made a good choice for being our very first storage unit ever. Until the day we actually caught someone breaking into storages. The process of calling after hours takes too long and the guy walked off property even with the live on site manager driving around until police arrived. Would of been better off calling 911. I have been here many times (but don't always check in) and signing up to rent a storage unit was simple and fast. You can pay online as well as in advance for X months. Your rent may increase over time due to new government assessment just like all the homes in San Jose with increasing property taxes. It can be a little cold inside the hallways in the morning. I have been renting from this location for quite some time now and have never had any trouble until this new manager took over. Maggie and Adam were the greatest two people they could of ever had running that place, but now that the two of them are gone..The new girls running the office are less attentive and really don't seem like they know what they are doing.
