I've had a storage unit here for almost a year and the staff onsite is always very nice and helpful. The property and inside the facility is always very clean. I feel really safe with gates and security cameras.
I chose A1 storage because it was so close to my house. I reserved a unit online and received an email and a phone call within minutes confirming my online information.. Everything went well and OK Vid did was super nice and accommodating and helpful. He gave me some tips on saving a few dollars here and there. I really am looking forward to storing my possessions here. The building is so nice and new and clean.
This storage facility is very nice and clean, but I am giving 3 stars because they continuously raise their rates. That to me shows there is no sense of customer loyalty.
Had my storage unit for about three years and have zero complaints. I wanted to give a special thanks to the manager, Vid, who was always so helpful and so nice in insisting with my move out. You're awesome- thanks Vid!
