I recently moved to the area and I needed to get storage. I visited numerous storage facilities and this was easily the best in town. Having never used storage before I had numerous questions. Vid was very patient and honest. He answered every question to my satisfaction and legitimately seemed to have my best interest in mind. It was great to find a company that puts its customers first, I just didn't expect it from a storage company.

I have the pleasure to know Vid more than 2 years now. Due to the change of circumstance, we already moved twice within his storage location. He has been consistently very helpful and accommodating. He takes his work seriously and did everything possible to ensure a smooth transition. Thank you, Vid.

I have been a fan of A-1 Self Storage Vista for 2 yrs now. I researched many storage facilities in the North County area and came across A-1 in Vista. From the moment I talked to the manager I had a good feeling about the facility. I was impressed at the cleanliness, rates and ease of accessing my unit. I would definitely recommend A-1 Self Storage to anyone looking for a great storage facility.

Very clean place with the best hours in the business! Open until 10pm, so one doesn't have to do the fast food thing if you need to swing by after work to get something. The staff is first rate (even though, on Saturdays, you might have to pry Adam from his iPhone). If you are going to be there longer than six months, make sure you change your unit to avoid a fee increase! The office has a fax & phone, but they need WI-FI and a computer!

I stored a motorcycle there for about 6 months and had a great experience. It was very clean, well-lighted and convenient. They have a kiosk where you can rent units, make payments and so forth 24 hrs a day. Access was important to me and they have the longest access hours in the area - 6 am to 10 pm. The employees were very professional and helpful. Their prices were very competitive, especially considering it was such a clean, modern facility. The place is clean and access easy BUT the manager is petty and a liar. Customer relations is not her strong suit. Avoid this place. It's also over priced. In fact, I noticed on their website that the rates have gone down on the unit size I'm renting by $19 per month but I'm still being charged the higher rate. There are much better deals out there.
