Vid is the best! For me, someone with a background in customer service, my experience so far is one of the best I've had in a long time! Vid is the kind of person you want as a regional manager overseeing multiple locations of a business. He has made sure my storage needs are taken care of and puts in actual effort in care. Such a simple thing to be storing your things in a unit but somehow I've had a great experience and feel very professional, confident in this facility. Thank you!!

I'm moving and needed a storage facility and A1 Storage in Vista was the one we chose a guy by the name of Vid was most helpful he explained the features. and convenience of all units.

I stored my vehicle and belongings here for almost 2 years with no problems. Vid was extremely helpful in all that I had to accomplish to get everything in and out of storage securely. Thank you!

I have been using these guys for years now and I cant recommend it enough. The facilities are SUPER clean and well kept. Never had a problem with rodents/spiders/or anything, which is a change from the other storage facilities I have used in the past. The front office staff is super sweet and helpful. I have nothing but great things to say about them. The prices vary. These guys are amazing!! Although I have to say you're better off booking online and taking advantage of their online deals. However once you walk in the door you will certainly be taken care of. I was greeted right away by Daniel and he provided the most helpful and courteous service I could ask for. He showed me my unit told me the rules and let me borrow their equipment so I could move in with ease. Daniel was able to explain payments, insurance and move out procedures. After viewing several other storage companies in the Vista area, we selected A1, During our initial visit and several telephone calls later the people we talked to were helpful and courteous. We are happy to have our belongings stored at A1.

I have had excellent service at this location. Vid has been very informative and accommodating to my needs ever since my brother rented a unit here. Now I have my own unit as well.

Very friendly, helpful and patient staff. We moved our stuff in late due to a terrible experience with UHaul and the gentleman who helped me (Vid perhaps) was very accommodating, despite me being so frantic and rushed. Thank you for a great experience.
