I checked in here today and got myself a storage. I was EXTREMELY impressed with the outstanding customer service. I'm also very happy to say that i feel more than secure with my belongings being stored here. The storage building is equipped with cameras, it has a very cool breeze so your belongings possibly won't have a muggy smell after being stored. I highly recommend this place!!!!!
If you call for information you can expect a phone call every 3 days until they sell you or you tell them to stop and remove you from their list. Really?

Excellent customer service. Vid goes above and beyond. The facility is very clean and well maintained. Affordable prices and easily accessible. I am a very happy customer!
Storage units are maintained pretty well; mine didn't have a light in it, but no big deal, the motion-sensored hall lights are pretty bright anyway. Most units are indoors and climate controlled. Elevators and wide halls make units easily accessible even with big furniture. Carts are available for use. Staff is super friendly and helpful.
Vid is the best! For me, someone with a background in customer service, my experience so far is one of the best I've had in a long time! Vid is the kind of person you want as a regional manager overseeing multiple locations of a business. He has made sure my storage needs are taken care of and puts in actual effort in care. Such a simple thing to be storing your things in a unit but somehow I've had a great experience and feel very professional, confident in this facility. Thank you!!
I'm moving and needed a storage facility and A1 Storage in Vista was the one we chose a guy by the name of Vid was most helpful he explained the features. and convenience of all units.
I stored my vehicle and belongings here for almost 2 years with no problems. Vid was extremely helpful in all that I had to accomplish to get everything in and out of storage securely. Thank you!
