Very friendly service. Quick to sign up, and clean facilities. Vid was very helpful in signing me up for a unit, getting started and answering my questions.

Very clean storage units. The front office is extremely helpful. My son totaled his car is a devastating car accident and lost his storage key. The front office kindly worked with me to get a lock smith to open his storage and was able to speak with him on the phone from the hospital. During a family trauma you just need people to be nice and understanding. A-1 was exactly that. Thank you

I've had a storage unit here for almost a year and the staff onsite is always very nice and helpful. The property and inside the facility is always very clean. I feel really safe with gates and security cameras.

I chose A1 storage because it was so close to my house. I reserved a unit online and received an email and a phone call within minutes confirming my online information.. Everything went well and OK Vid did was super nice and accommodating and helpful. He gave me some tips on saving a few dollars here and there. I really am looking forward to storing my possessions here. The building is so nice and new and clean.

This storage facility is very nice and clean, but I am giving 3 stars because they continuously raise their rates. That to me shows there is no sense of customer loyalty.

Thank you for your feedback, Sydney. We, like most storage companies, move in customers at discounted rates. We, therefore, review those rates at 5-6 months and sometimes make adjustments accordingly. We then review rates again after another 12 months and evaluate market conditions and pricing.
