David and Jim are two of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. They were friendly and helpful with every aspect of our move. They genuinely care about making sure you have great service. The facility is clean and well maintained with easy access and security features that give you peace of mind!

Dirt bags...STRAIGHT UP. I hope they see this and everyone else. Long story short left for a deployment, to their convenience they lost my auto pay info even though they had my wife's contact info put our stuff up for auction but I was luckily able to check my email. THEN I get back and despite the advertised climate control I had mold on my furniture and they were reluctant to send a check even though I paid for insurance. Seriously... these people SUCK! Ya you worked hard? So why did they have my wife's contact information... read more

customer service there is great! they had a cart we could borrow, along with a dolley to use, plus the one we had, so moving everything into storage was quick and efficient. we switched/upgraded to a larger storage, and they showed us all that were available--and they were great/patience and agreeable to reasons we thought maybe not this one, until we found our "goldielocks" :) we're happy being here and it's close by and at a reasonable rate.

Truth...if you need an A plus experience...I would suggest A-1 Storage. Moving will always be stressful but Tracy and Manager Cheryl helped us to create a smooth and easy move. Cheryl took her time to show us several units and both of them really cared about making it as easy as possible. Their prices are fair and their service is phenomenal!
