Staff at this A-1 Storage are great. I looked into another A-1 in the area, and chose this location because Billy and Steve were so helpful and courteous (which goes to show you that the people on the ground are more important than the name on the sign out front). I would have given five stars except that the area can be a little shady. Fantastic customer service and a convenient location just off the 5 and Oceanside Blvd. Billy was fantastic to work with and will do everything in his power to ensure you get the right unit at the BEST possible cost. I highly recommend them.

When looking online for an Oceanside storage, A-1 fit our location criteria and was open on Sunday---the only day we had to move. Bill was walking out the door to lunch as we arrived and cheerfully stayed to get us checked in rather than telling us to come back in an hour. Customers truly get A-1 service at A-1. Self Storage.
