I had a great experience, it was a last minute reservation but yet it worked out. Billy and Steve saved me as much as they could and were very fast with the paperwork we all hate to do. They set me up with autopay right then and there. I'm really glad I came here and as long as my stuff stays safe then I definitely recommend this place!
Used the storage for only 2 months, but was very impressed by it's easy access for anyone using the units, while it being highly secure for intruders. Billy and Steve were very helpful with all of my questions, and very thorough throughout the short paperwork. Thank you again!
From the first call to the customer service agent, Billy, to the end of our long journey from Seattle, the team at A1 Storage made our interstate move seamless and perfect. I got to A-1 just 30 minutes before Billy was ready to close up for the night, but he rented a unit to me and processed all the paperwork; he made me feel very welcome to be there. The customer service at this location is phenomenal and I was pleasantly surprised! I have heard great things about Steve as well! Definitely recommend storing with these guys!!
After going to a few other storage places to price things out, I chose A1. Billy and Steve made the mundane process of storing my stuff very fun! They made sure I was clear on all the fees (which are, by the way, the cheapest I found in the area), gave me a free disk lock, and had me laughing the whole time. Awesome costumer service. Steve and Billy are very friendly and happy to help. Super friendly atmosphere and fast service. Took me only a few minutes to get a storage unit. Definitely recommend this place to everyone looking for a safe place to store their belongings. It's gated and you have to use a personified code to get in and out!
Incredible service at a storage place, who would have thought! The staff works with you regarding an optimal spot to store your belongings and are very helpful in regards to billing. Highly recommend.
