Billy is the man ! There's no other storage facility in town that treats their customers this good . Not to mention the prices here compared to other ones in the area are way cheaper. The place is clean , secure and easy to access , very glad I came here and listened to the other yelpers. You won't find a better storage facility in Oceanside . And you don't even have to sign a lease , month to month is the way to go .

I've had A-1 storage before and this time it was also great service. It was a great location from where I live. Even though their units were limited(because they are that good), Billy still found a great alternative with a reasonable price. He was very informative and had a lot of suggestions and tips, he was very helpful. He made the whole process quick and simple, a huge weight off my shoulders! Billy is awesome!

This was the easiest and most straightforward process I've ever had with a storage facility. Billy was great and very helpful and informative. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

Billy has been nothing but easy to work with! They held a unit for me until my move day and were very communicate via phone and email. I chose to go with A1 storage in Oceanside because of the convenience of their location, their longer access hours, the clean, secure setting, competitive pricing, and the excellent customer service.

Billy and Steve are awesome. I'd never rented a storage unit before, so I wasn't too sure what to look for or expect. Billy gave me the details I needed, reviewed available units and pricing (which are very fair from what research I did prior to coming), signed me up, and I was ready to store my belongings within 15 minutes, believe it or not. Steve helped tag team Billy in setting me up in the system, while I was explained the terms and details. Highly reccomend checking them out.

We came to A-1 after an awful experience with the storage place across the street where we originally had our reservation. Tracey helped us get a unit quickly as she understood we were in a time crunch and had already wasted precious time dealing with the rude staff across the way. In the year that we rented from A-1 we were always treat well, with respect and occasional jokes were exchanged. Mainly they really knew their clients which is rare these days. I thought this review was posted almost a month ago but I do not see it anywhere. Clean, secure, quiet, and great customer service. Nothing more you could ask for! I looked around the area for a good storage facility ahead of our upcoming move, and after making some calls and reviewing some places on Yelp, I decided on A-1 Self Storage. Their phone system takes you to a centralized call center, which is odd but in the end was not a problem. They quoted some prices and told me the local site would reach out to finalize the details. Steve and Billy gave me great service and were understanding of my last-minute moving situation - they even helped me stay within my budget to find something I could afford. They work really hard to maintain a neighborhood feel in their complex and make a point of knowing everyone who rents from them. The lifts make it really easy to carry major loads and transfer everything to your unit as quickly as possible. I highly recommend using this A-1 location!
