This is my first experience with renting a storage unit and I must say it surpassed my expectations. Everything was immaculate, secure and easily accessible. Brad was very helpful through the entire process. I would definitely recommend this location!

Very friendly and helpful people. I ended up not needing my space for very long and it was a breeze to move out. Since I rented a larger unit the first month was free. I stayed less than a month, and I only ever paid an administration fee (something around $20) to initially rent the unit. Upper floors were a bit warm on my tour but overall clean and accessible.

Besides the fact that the U-Haul website was down when I was trying to rent a truck...my experience here was pretty awesome. The facility is brand new, clean and secure. J.D or was it J.B? Either way...you were really helpful. Thanks!

Initially, I wasn't a fan of A1 Storage but it really wasn't their fault. I rented a Uhaul from LA to move my stuff down to San Diego. The booking came with one month free at A1. When I arrived after sitting in Socal traffic, they told me my reservation didn't exist. *release grumpy monster* after talking it through with Brad and explaining the situation, he was able to locate the reservation and set me up with a storage space. A recent flood in our loft prompted us to rent a space in this self-storage unit. We'd used A-1 before, and had been pretty satisfied with them, but this new facility is just plain awesome. Easy to access, no cheesy plywood flooring, automatic lights (inside units as well), and the office staff are friendly and accommodating.
