GREAT LOCATION! Francisco is AWESOME and deserves a raise. (I showed up at 4:55 on a saturday and he took care of me even through they were closing by 5:00!! How many places do THAT?!?!) I have rented here off and on over the last 6 years. Each time I do the place is clean, safe and secure, and the staff has been great. They really care and it shows. GREAT JOB!

I initially started my search on google and saw that this facility had a special deal where I was able to get 50% off my 1st month. I jumped on it. I got a call from Fernando and told him I will be going in later that day. I later checked in and met Patty. She was very friendly and showed me a couple units. I decided on one and got the paperwork going. The customer service experience was what really made it. Patty is awesome! This place has elevators, wheeled carts, security, and easy access.

I had nearly all of my personal belongings in a 10x10 storage unit at A-1 while I was deployed. I felt extremely safe with my possessions there. The facilities are clean, well lit, well maintained and most importantly secure! The support staff have been amazing every time I called or stopped in. The location was also very convenient for me. I was able to fit a 26 foot moving truck in the garage to move all my things out. If I ever need to store things again in the San Diego area, I will absolutely choose A-1. I have a storage here for work and they are extremely accommodating and professional. My field of work requires me to have secure storage and these guys are one of the most secure places I have ever stored my products. I recently moved my home into storage temporarily and they waived my initial fee because i've been a loyal costumer with them. These guys rock.

Excellent personal service for an immaculate safe facility. As a small condo owner I am a long term storage user. Prices seem to always be going up in the storage industry so Steve acknowledged the value of me being a long term reliable client. (I have stored things there for the past few years). I asked about downsizing as a way to stay within budget and he actually offered to come up to my storage unit to see what size would work better for my belongings. I needed some last minute storage and was able to see how big the units were via video which gave me a better idea of what I needed. I reserved the storage space online and stopped by and had my unit with no fuss. The staff was friendly and helpful and made sure I knew how to access the building, elevator and door lock which can be purchased onsite for $11. Flexible, honest, and professional. You will be very pleased (and assured) that your car will be well taken care of. Here's my story: My husband was leaving for a trip out of the country (running late), and left the car in front of the office (not in the correct parking location). I am new to the area and did my research on finding a clean, affordable, safe place to store my things. These guys and this place was amazing. The amount of personal service and the knowledge they provided not only about the facility but the city it's self was priceless. Steve the manager made you feel as if your family was managing and watching over your prized items. So far, so good! I requested a space for my vehicle a few months ago, and as soon as one became available I was called. Patty "found" discounts that might be applicable. The paperwork was easy. I could tell from the security monitors that the place is secure. It was very clean, and off-street parking available while attending the office. I have yet to park my vehicle there, but it's nice to know that a space is available when I need it. So far... very happy.
