I have used this facility for 3 years. In and out convinience, friendly and professional staff. The place is very clean, in fact when I checked out all the things I stored is in great shape. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Came to A-1 after recieving very poor service at U-Haul. After feeling very disappointed and stressed out with the move I met Steve in the office at A-1. He almost instantly changed my mood! Very professional, knowledgeble and friendly. Site is secure and Clean!! I cannont express how impressed I was with this facility especially after my poor experience with U-Haul and other storge sites throughout the years. Highly, Highly recommend. Linda was so very nice, helpful, and informative in the process of moving in! This place is very secure, and clean... I love it! If you need extra room for storage, go to A-1 Storage!!! (A-1 Mira Mesa)

We found A1 Storage here to be exceptional. We would highly recommend Brad and the other staff members. The facility was efficient, clean and the staff was personable.. Our old car was stored for a year here. The car was exactly the way we left it, (perfect) when we came to pick it up.

This is a great location with quality people working at it. If there is a time I need help sorting out paperwork, getting a copy of my bill, figuring out what my code is (yessss I am the one who forgets all the time!), or even getting a cart, the people here always help me with a smile. I expect places like this to have bad service or be a really depressing experience mostly because what would one expect from a storage place? so originally I was ecstatic with A1 self storage, due to there helpful customer service and well priced units HOWEVER the inconsistent pricing is unfair. Yes I do understand that because of utilities from time to time however after inquiring about these interest rates the service representative told me flat out that every few months there will be an increase in rent....WHAT!!!! Personally I think that is dishonest, and clearly it has nothing to do with "utilities", just simple flat out greed.

Customer service here is a joke. They rarely answer the phone during business hours and do not return messages. They also increase prices without notice. I will be storing my things elsewhere as of next month.
