This was my first time renting a storage unit. As a college student, I noticed that sometimes the quality of customer service from particular businesses will be compromised because of my age and the perceived attitude that may come attached to it (19 year olds = rude to anyone). However, my customer experience with A-1 Self Storage changed my perception in regards to that. So far! I love it! I've been there for 3 months got my first month free. Everything's clean and feels secure! I Would defenetly recommend it! I pay 102$ monthly plus a ten dollar fee (for insurance I think) it's mandatory. can't remember how big it is but I have my two couches a bed and the rest of my furniture

Evelyn was so helpful and the moment we walked in she is ready to help. She noticed that we were struggling with the front entrance, so she helped us find a unit in the back, where it was quieter and easier to move in. She also answered all my questions and showed the unit to us to make sure we are satisfied with the unit. The storage was new, clean and secured. We feel safe to store the belongings there. Definitely recommended.

The moment I stepped onto their property and saw the type of security they had there I instantly knew that I wanted to leave my old storage which was an old lack of security over-charging storage place down the road.. Best self-storage customer service that I have experienced! Noelle, Evelyn and Kevin were amazing from the initial call to seeing the all new units, explaining the terms and fees (some of the lowest I found) and signing the paperwork. They even have a free moving van which you can check out for use!
Very nice! Brand new facility with the latest security system. Music playing all the time was really nice too. Evelyn was very helpful and patient. She took her time to explain everything even after we arrived 5 min before closing. Great customer service.
Awesome facility. Brand spanking new. So new that Google Earth still shows just the unfinished superstructure. When I got out of my vehicle I could still smell the exterior paint. The manager Evelyn was very helpful and polite explaining everything in detail. Everything is spotless, even the unit itself. When I say spotless I'm talking hospital clean.
