Evelyn was very helpful , she showed us around and helped me pick my unit. The units are better priced than public storage. They sell boxes and other moving essentials. The place also smells really clean! It opened a little over a year ago and everything is brand new. Units are air conditioned.
This is the best storage service I have used! I've had to use them twice; once for a short period and the other for about a year... It's so convenient, well kept and clean, and the staff is so friendly and helpful. On my last move I left behind a golf club and they were kind enough to hold it for me so it wouldn't be tossed. Kevin always greets everyone with a smile and I see how helpful he is with everyone!
Got a space here last month. Only stayed a month but it was a relief to have space. Found rates to be better than other storage places nearby. Service was very good, spaces air conditioned and clean. Felt very secure.
I highly recommend A1 Storage in Alhambra. First of all for the excellent customer service our family received from employee Kevin From July 2015 until February 2016. Because of your employee Kevin's outstanding customer service who went above and beyond! Kevin was very professional, he explained everything thoroughly , and was very helpful, happy, and kind. That's what customer service is all about! Therefore it's my pleasure to return and to recommend to all my family and friends A-1 Storage is the best!!
This place was great! Very helpful and not stingy with their coffee. The storage was under my grandmas name, she's needed to end her commitment with them because she is moving out of state and the staff were very helpful and made the whole process super easy
When they told me my unit was on the second floor accessible by elevator I was worried. But for nothing, because the elevator was no different than just an extra few feet of hallway. My unit was clean and secure as was the entire facility, the staff was extremely kind and helpful, the cost was a great value at a discount, the move in and out were smooth. If I need storage again I will be using this place. Way to go, A-1 Self Storage Alhambra!

We had to store some things from an estate for several months. Everyone at A-1 was great. The place is always clean and secure. Access is easy. Two thumbs up. If you are looking for a place for your stuff, you can't go wrong here.
I was very satisfied with my experience. Evelyn is very friendly, patient and courteous. She signed me up and explained how everything works as well as answering all my questions. I would definitely recommend this location.
