When they told me my unit was on the second floor accessible by elevator I was worried. But for nothing, because the elevator was no different than just an extra few feet of hallway. My unit was clean and secure as was the entire facility, the staff was extremely kind and helpful, the cost was a great value at a discount, the move in and out were smooth. If I need storage again I will be using this place. Way to go, A-1 Self Storage Alhambra!

We had to store some things from an estate for several months. Everyone at A-1 was great. The place is always clean and secure. Access is easy. Two thumbs up. If you are looking for a place for your stuff, you can't go wrong here.

I was very satisfied with my experience. Evelyn is very friendly, patient and courteous. She signed me up and explained how everything works as well as answering all my questions. I would definitely recommend this location.

The location worked well for me. Super clean and comfortable. The staff was always really friendly and helpful. The price was good, too, although they just raised their rates for March 2016. Probably because they don't need as much new business.

Overall, this place get high marks for the friendly service and extremely clean and secure locks for their storage units because they use a cylinder lock. Did I mention they give you one for free when you rent a unit? :) I do miss the Ikea size elevator and being able to park my car under the building next to an the elevator from my old storage company in SD. It would be nice if self storage companies have those large laundry basket like the ones they use in hotels to help load loose items that are in trash bags, framed artw... read more

We just moved here from NY and needed a place to store our stuff while we get settled. They had a great deal going on. Renting a unit is super easy. No contract. No hidden fees! Storage opens at 6Am which is earlier Than most storage in the area. Carts are available for use and if you go thru Yelp you can get 3 boxes for free!! We've only been here a few days, but I will update after we've been there a while.

This is my first time renting a storage space. I have a collection that has just grown out of control plus other family items that I have no room for any more. I had been driving around looking for a storage space. Since I shop at the Target often, I thought this would be a great location. The size I selected was 10 x 10. It actually was bigger than I realized and I still have a lot more room if I need it. I posted some pictures so you can get an idea of how many bins and boxes can fit in there. The storage warehouse itself is secure, clean and spacious enough to gather big bulky items to move around. Kevin the main manager is super helpful and works with you. a good tip would be to get things done around the mornings during the week, as it gets packed with procrastinators at the end of the weekend.
