My family had to store all of our household belongings during a recent total renovation of our home. The staff was very helpful and efficient. The facility is well lit and feels safe. I highly recommend using this site if you need to store anything!

I hate having to put my stuff in storage, but Evelyn really helped make this process a little easier. The service was fast, she gave me several options, and the facility is very clean. I have not complaints about my experience here. Plus the 1st months rent being free was great.

So, first I would like to mention how great, polite and kind Kevin Everytime I have an opportunity to see him. I met Evelyn I believe once, she just seemed to want to get through paperwork and get me out. She wasn't rude or mean but I feel Kevin goes out of his way. So I have a storage here. I mean place is nice, clean and secure. I have the space abt 6 months..they sent me a letter informing me that prices would be going up, yet I am looking at internet and prices are not then same. I used to use the Public storage in San Gabriel, then A1 opened up close by, and I checked it out. So happy I did! Evelyn and Kevin are very friendly and informative! They also keep the location very clean, you rarely see trash on the floor. All the other storage renters are very curtious too. The restrooms are clean! There is 24hour surveillance and gated code entry points everywhere. I feel comfortable about storing my stuff there. Definitely recommend. They are also cheaper than Public Storage! Truly recommend this business for their customer service, accessibility to the storage, and security services. Will use in the future if needed. The gentleman in the office is very helpful and polite. Appreciated the excellent service.

This was my first time renting a self storage. Evelyn helped me select the size that ended up perfect for me. Her people and customer service skills and her disposition are outstanding. The experience was beyond my expectations. The facility is immaculate, the office is inviting and every effort is made for customers to feel welcome and appreciated. Solid five star service!

Incredible experience! The cleanest, most secure and well-maintained storage facility in the area. A special mention goes out to Kevin. I hope A-1 realizes what a gem of an employee they have in Kevin. I can't say enough about his genuine kindness, professionalism, and care. Whoever decided to hire him should be commended!
