Ok so, where do I start? I checked this place out online the other day for info on storage units since I was considering moving my stuff from a competitor who shall remain unnamed. I placed a hold on a larger unit and someone called me a short time later to thank me for my reservation. That's a great way to start! I transferred from a storage facility to this location and it has been great. This location is clean, accessible hours, has protected units with keypad entry and very nice staff. I am really pleased with this facility! I feel safe coming to the facility and feel safe that my items will remain secure. The only downfall is parking availability; however, I have always been able to get in-- whether to access or move in items-- whenever I needed to.

This was my first time renting a storage unit and i was very intimated by other locations but than i found this Facility. I was immediately greeted by Kevin who made me feel very welcomed and walked me step by step thru the renting process. I'm very pleased knowing my stuff will be safe with people like Kevin behind the scenes. This facility is new, clean, secure, reasonably priced and has great customer service. I highly recommend it! If you're looking for a storage unit look no further!!!
This was my first time renting a storage unit. As a college student, I noticed that sometimes the quality of customer service from particular businesses will be compromised because of my age and the perceived attitude that may come attached to it (19 year olds = rude to anyone). However, my customer experience with A-1 Self Storage changed my perception in regards to that. So far! I love it! I've been there for 3 months got my first month free. Everything's clean and feels secure! I Would defenetly recommend it! I pay 102$ monthly plus a ten dollar fee (for insurance I think) it's mandatory. can't remember how big it is but I have my two couches a bed and the rest of my furniture
Evelyn was so helpful and the moment we walked in she is ready to help. She noticed that we were struggling with the front entrance, so she helped us find a unit in the back, where it was quieter and easier to move in. She also answered all my questions and showed the unit to us to make sure we are satisfied with the unit. The storage was new, clean and secured. We feel safe to store the belongings there. Definitely recommended.
Really excellent customer service by Evelyn. She showed me 2 units and explained the process clearly and precisely. Everything was fast & smooth. So far I'm very happy with choosing this location.
