This is a one well run storage space. Previously I had rented space from another storage facility (A-1 Self Storage Vineland) which I found impersonal and never felt really safe. This facility on the other hand is so well run and *monitored* that it is all I was looking for. Yebani and staff run a tight ship, there is an almost immediate response to alarms, bathrooms are always clean. Though it is tucked away in a nondescript area, it is accessible via freeways and main thoroughfares. Best of the best.

I made a reservation to rent a unit with A-1 and when I get there it's closed. I had to use an outdated kiosk to retrieve my rental. Not only was the kiosk ancient and slow, it was not clear on how to navigate. Was it touch screen? What button moves to the next page? How come every time I hit enter it started to ring customer service? Finally I get to the part where the kiosk takes my photo but the camera doesn't work and everything freezes. I wouldn't recommend renting a unit at this location. The customer service at this location is definitely lacking. While this facility is clean and secure, there have been too many issues caused by incompetent employees in my short time renting here. First off, the price of my unit went up 4 months after I moved in. I was informed when I rented my unit, that the rent will increase after a year. Wonderful, large, clean facility with a password controlled gate security lock, and plenty of parking for when you are moving your items. No loading docks to wait in line for and never too busy in my experience. My brother and I have had two units there, and they often run specials for your first month, too. The staff is super friendly too and was always very helpful. Highly recommended.

I called a few weeks ago to get a price for storage for my truck, they had great availability and the pricing was great. I went into the location yesterday and the prices were the same and they were able to accommodate my schedule. I would definitely recommend this Faucility.
