If you need storage around the North Hollywood or surrounding area I can't recommend these guys any more. I'll expand on Minjah's bullet points: SUPER CLEAN VERY SAFE AMAZING STAFF and AMENITIES YOU DON"T GET ELSEWHERE I have storage in a couple areas around LA County for various equipment and personal items and I can attest that not all facilities are the same... not necessarily even within the same brand. I couldn't have hoped for an easier, more accommodating experience. Staff is very helpful, the place is very safe, clean and secured.You have access to your storage unit during late hours unlike most storage facilities which is very convenient. . i must say, however, that A-1 Self storage has been, by far the best storage facility I've used their online payment is incredibly easy. i couldn't feel safer about leaving my belongings anywhere else.The on-site manager is really friendly with great customer service. CLEAN. SAFE. NICE. Seriously, how many people take the time to write a review about a storage unit, unless they are complaining and need to vent!?! This is the best storage unit place around. The desk staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. The inside is sparkling clean every-time we go I see the cleaning lady mopping already clean floors and wiping down dust free doors. Our company has been renting space here for several years. They've been extremely helpful, accessible through email, and always friendly on the phone. The staff is very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. I'd certainly recommend this facility to anyone looking for storage in the NoHo area.

This storage facility is reasonable - with a first month free deal on a pretty regular basis. I find them helpful, and they also are very alert. When their was a storm in my area, they called to let me know (I'm out of town) so I could send a friend to check out my stuff and make sure it was not damaged. In other words, the go the extra mile. A really good choice for storage.
All storage places are not the same. I moved half my old house to this facility after being with Public Storage. I can't speak to all A-1's but this location not only has great staff - who are always super helpful, but it is super clean. When I was shopping around I found many facilities had garbage/discarded items piled up in corners, dirty floors...not to mention the smells. This place is a breath of fresh air.
