I had a 10x10 storage unit at A-1 for 2.5 years, just recently closed my account as I moved internationally and finally was able to ship my belongings. I can't say enough good things about the staff and team at A-1 -- so professional, helpful and polite, throughout my dealings with them over the years. Making payments was simple and efficient and the facility itself is super clean and secure. Would definitely use this company again for storage needs.
I'm just finishing moving with Rainbow Movers. The whole experience was fantastic. Very fair and they work not only fast, but thoughtfully. I will definitely be using them for any of my families moving needs. I highly recommend Rainbow. Everyone from Al on the phone to the whole moving crew was very friendly and professional.
Hands down the best storage facility I've ever used. Perfect location if you're in the San Fernando Valley, especially Burbank/NOHO area. Very very clean and very safe. I've had units here since 2010 and the staff is SUPER helpful and they are always there to answer questions and help out. Great customer service! This place should be a model for other facilities to follow!
SO far Im happy with this place its nice its clean above all i like the storage cause im on the top floor and on summer hot days it will be hot, but there they got this Ventilation it feels it has A/C on which helps, the best worker nice friendly, talk to you knows you by your name plus has smile on his face, that's Yeboun so if anyone looking to rent a place nice workers fun people go to A-1 storage on Vanowen St. you will be happy
Yabone, the manager, is the man. He tipped me off about this location, hooked me up with a great price, and maintains a clean property. It is obvious that he takes great pride in what he does. Don't hesitate to make this A-1 facility your choice for your storage needs.
This is a great place to store your stuff. It's convenient, clean and run by a very helpful on site staff. We are changing our storage location to this place . Many thanks to Yabone for being so helpful and accommodating!
Great facilities fantastic staff... as previously mentioned clean, safe and affordable. A few of things that would make it a 5 star facility IMO... 1. No covered area for loading/unloading... though it doesn't rain very often here in LA when it does you have to load and unload in the rain. 2. If you're towing a trailer this is a difficult lot to get in and out of... you can't pull through like other facilities... you have to turn around or back out. 3. You have to get our of your vehicle to enter your gate code into the Gate... read more
Great, great storage place - we had our home items here for two years and it has been a very positive experience. I have used 5 places and this one is so much better and more professional than any other place I have rented. Clean units and property. No problem with pests. SAFE and secure. Helpful and nice staff. They even have bathrooms. Elevators work well and are clean. Dollies available for moving your items. Here's why I love A-1 on Vanowen The security system is top notch. It's very clean The staff is extremely friendly There is plenty of parking/room to drive any vehicle (including a tour bus) on the lot for loading and unloading There is killer music playing in the hallways at all times I have had a storage locker in many places around the country. A-1 on Vanowen is my favorite.
