Here's an update: The response to both my message and this review were super quick. I received a call from the storage manager and my hubby got a call from the regional manager, promising to fix the issue. When I finally spoke to the store manager he was very attentive and apologetic for the issues. I know that A-1 can only do so much when it comes to bugs, but he assured me that the storage unit would be treated to help with the issue. Truly a pleasant experience. Very good communication and always soothing to deal with. And no I'm not talking about aloe Vera. Haha. Hahha. Even if they were closed, the manager would always be there if I had any questions, via email or telephone. I had to make a quick, stressful move, and A-1 made the storage part of my journey painless. The self-serve kiosk works well if you need service or make a payment on a day or time the office is closed -- you'll be connected to a live person via video and phone, and the machine dispenses your lock, keys, and security information if you're checking in for the first time. Highly recommend the facility and especially the manager, Yabone. The facility is clean, well lit and secured. The background music is a very nice touch. Nothing like a little Motown to make schlepping your stuff a bit more fun. The building isn't air-conditioned, but it manages to stay reasonably cool in the heart (and heat) of the Valley. Awesome staff yabani the manager there has been very helpful. had my things there for 3 years. All I can say it's the best self storage experience I've ever had and I've had my things in and out of storage for many years.

This facility is FANTASTIC. Besides the facility being super clean and tidy, the STAFF is SUPERB! They must treat their employees well because it shows through their customer service and professionalism. They are extremely helpful both in the actual location and in/at the call center. I love going to the facility, (I know, weird) because its so EZ and convenient. Thank you ASHLEY, VALENTIN , YABONE, and ALL the people at the call center for your great service! This is my second time back and I love you guys!
Best place to have your stuff sitting! ALWAYS nice people that answer the phone! We rented from them for 4 months. In that time we had to go by our storage and grab a couple things here and there. Always a great experience. Our favorite part was the music playing. I have never rented from a storage facility that plays music in the building around the clock.
