Wonderful, large, clean facility with a password controlled gate security lock, and plenty of parking for when you are moving your items. No loading docks to wait in line for and never too busy in my experience. My brother and I have had two units there, and they often run specials for your first month, too. The staff is super friendly too and was always very helpful. Highly recommended.

I called a few weeks ago to get a price for storage for my truck, they had great availability and the pricing was great. I went into the location yesterday and the prices were the same and they were able to accommodate my schedule. I would definitely recommend this Faucility.

Absolutely the nicest EVER! From your online booking process to opening your account at the facility to ending your contract, everything is incredibly easy, and the people are always helpful and available. I was so impressed with the online reviews when I was looking for a self-storage place, that I chose this location even though there were other places closer to me. Excellent service and facility all around! The young man in the office couldn't be more helpful, knowledgeable and patient. The facility is clean, well run and well supplied with carts for moving items. Elevators always worked great and I never had any problem during the months that I stored my furniture and other belongings in my storage unit. I would definitely go here again if I am ever in need of a place to store my items. I also appreciated the email reminders about payments and helpful tips.

I was a little apprehensive about renting a storage unit after reading reviews about OTHER places in the valley. I am happy to report that This facility was even better than expected. Yabone is as others have stated, a wonderful person to deal with. The facility was always clean and well lit. Any technical issues were dealt with quickly. No surprise "gotcha" price jumps. If you must rent some storage space this is the place to do it.

All in all it was a good service. A bit pricey and the annual rent increase is annoying. Also, I'd recommend they install restrooms for customers as when you are there for an afternoon looking through boxes it's a bit of an inconvenience to have to pack up the storage, lock it up to go to the restroom only to have to unpack to pick up where you left off. Staff is really pleasant and helpful so that's a plus.

A1 Self Storage on Vanowen is an amazing place. The Manager Yabone is an amazing service manager. I have never rented at such a great storage facility until now. Great clean facility with good security. Rent a unit here today.

So far, the storage facility is pretty awesome. I just recently rented a unit. The gentleman who helped me was incredibly friendly and professional. The facility is clean and easily accessible. My only complaint is that there are only like 2 dollies and it can be a bit of a wait to get to use one. If anything changes with how I feel, please be sure I will update. But so far so good!

Need to update my review. Paid through end of May, moved out on May 1. Was originally very put off by the fact that they wouldn't refund me the prorated difference. After posting on Yelp, the manager contacted me and apologized for the inconvenience and offered me a full refund. Great customer service that shows they actually care about the people they do business with.
