Set up an account online it was quick and easy immediately got a phone call to confirm came in and got a tour to my unit from Maggie she was amazing overall experience was quick and easy love this place

Very tidy space and easy to move in. I needed a space to keep my things, including a large queen sized mattress, between moves and chose the space based on the great reviews indicating a sanitary space, which was 100% true. I got a great deal for the first month which made the decision even easier. I got scared off other ExtraSpace and Public Storage locations because of bad reviews with pictures of damage to items, but I'm super confident this space will keep them safe until I need my things again. Very clean. No bugs. I see cleaning staff going down the storage aisles. And the office staff are super nice.

I'm very happy with my experience with A-1 Self Storage! Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and extremely helpful. The facility itself was clean and well-maintained. My storage unit worked perfectly for my stuff and it was very easy to get everything in and out of it. The fact that these units have an alarm system made me feel great about leaving everything there. I'd definitely come back here if I ever need to store things again!

This neighborhood is a little sketchy, but the storage unit facility is clean, feels secure, and the staff was very hospitable to meet my needs. Kevin especially went out of his way to find me the best deal for my situation, even staying after hours for free to make sure I was taken care of. He deserves a raise! Yabone and the entire staff here at A-1 are all so wonderful, they have gone above and beyond my expectations during the short time I've rented here. When I suddenly needed a storage unit a few months back amidst the pandemic, the staff here was able to give me a unit on the spot. When it came time to vacate the unit, my account was already charged the same day (since I forgot to notify beforehand) and due to the excellent customer service, I was able to receive a refund. I rented a storage unit here for what was supposed to be one month, and ended up being a year and 8 months. People say this, but I really wish I could give them more stars! My family was terrified about my belongings being stolen from a storage unit (it had happened to them multiple times), but after doing my research, A-1 on Vanowen looked the best. Great storage location, big elevators, carts available when you ask in the office. Friendly staff, clean bathrooms, and it feels like they are taking the pandemic seriously which is very appreciated! Thanks for a great experience!
