Had an awesome time with Kevin at A1, they couldn't have picked a better rep for the company. A1 is A ok with me.....all smiles here!

Yabone(pronounced Yabonnie) the manager at the Vanowen location in North Hollywood is the best. I had been offered a storage unit by a friend of a friend which was over $400 a year cheaper than what I've been paying here. I had just paid for July and called to see if I could get a refund since I'd be moving my stuff out at the beginning of the month. At first Yobone said there are no refunds, and that I could move my stuff out next month so I wouldn't loose a month's rent. I explained to him I had an offer at a much cheaper ... read more
I have to say after having a storage unit for the very first time, for 1 complete year at A-1 Self Storage in North Hollywood on Vanowen Ave this particular location was absolutely a pleasant an very safe experience... The office manager Jovban is such a nice, professional with exquisite customer skills the best storage facility in Los Angeles, CA..

Great customer service. Kevin was great on explaining everything. Provides us with a tour of the facility. Even though there were limited storage unit, he was able to find one that we needed. Will do business again if they keep employees like Kevin.

Kevin & Yabonne were such a great help to the process of finding storage unit. They found the best deal for me since I was shopping around for the best deals and was very indecisive they helped make my decision easier. This facility is Very clean and safe and I'm happy with my decision on going with A-1.

Friendly staff ask for Yabone he's great! So nice to deal with and the storage unit is clean with top to bottom separation and cool units. Well lit and every time I'm there I feel safe.

My time with this location was nothing but positive. Even if one of the renters left a mess it was always cleaned up and the building and grounds were immaculate. Carts were always readily available by one of the elevators. Great customer service with a smile to boot. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if needed.
