First of all I wanted to let anyone new or considering storage locations as this for your first choice! I have lots of experience using self storages and off-site storage. Yabone and his team were hands on and provided excellent information before choosing this as my final site for storage. When I arrived the space was clean and the team was professional. It really made a huge difference in the overall experience. I highly recommend the North Hollywood, Vanowen St., A-1 location. Thanks again! A++

We always had a storage unit for personal items as well as for our small business. We had a unit for years at Public Storage and got fed up with their rent increase and lack of cleanliness. So I started to look around and found A-1 Storage. We wanted a unit at their location on Vineland but didn't have the right size for us and they directed us to the Vanowen location. Thus far I'm pleased with my experience with this storage facility. I was moving my things from a storage unit In Torrance and was looking to get a smaller unit. I did the online reservation because of the online deals. I was then contacted by phone and was notified that I had the option to sign all paper work electronically but I requested to come in to see the unit, as I was unsure if I was selecting a appropriate size for my needs and preferred to physically see the unit and take a tour. Thanks for helping me a store my things for my business. I had to safely secure my music gear while I organized and streamlined my business which helped me be more efficient. To Yabone and staff, I am forever grateful. They just assisted me with my financial concerns during this Covid-19 crisis. This review is long overdue! Yabone and Kevin make a great team! Their customer service is incredible and they always make me feel welcomed.
