This is the best experience I've had with a self storage place. ALELI The person who helped us with renting a unit was super patient, friendly and professional she made us feel welcomed. The property is also very clean and organized.I will always come here first when I need to rent storage space in the future

The staff there will help you find the right size storage unit suited for your needs, and give you any special discounts that is available at that time. The restrooms are clean. The place is near Burbank airport, and major freeways. The main manager Paola is a true professional, and will do her best to help you. ED Z
Originally I enjoyed this company, but I didn't realize it was treated as an apartment and there are rent increases... they mailed the notification to our old address of 8 months ago and not the address I wrote on our paperwork which is why we got this storage since it was near our apartment, so I know we gave them our recent address... maybe an email and text should be given as well. Luckily I caught it before paying and called... and that's how I found out, but those on auto pay probably don't even check... so just be awar... read more

Amazing self storage option in North Hollywood. The staff is great & always helpful and the facilities are really great. They have options ranging from tiny to huge storage rooms and in my opinion, priced very competitively. 5 stars, thanks A-1 Self Storage for a great experience!

We rented a unit here, and were helped by Aleli, who was incredibly knowledgeable and made everything easy and seamless. She was great and really helped make a stressful situation (moving) into a joyful encounter. She made sure we got the best price possible and took the time to show us a couple of different options, despite being busy with all sorts of other customers at the same time. Aleli helped me out and is fantastic :) very friendly and so helpful! She rules and has a great energy which is something that is taken for granted in the storage world The units are clean and easily accessible! Great locks and good security! I feel like my stuff is safe and secure in this place:)

My experience is based on renting a 10 x 20 unit on April 26, 2019 on Vineland Avenue. Thus far, I'm very satisfied with renting with A-1 Self Storage. I liked that I could reserve the unit on the internet (and over phone) at no charge for a limited time until I could view it in person to be sure. Kal was a really big help and gave good advice. He was also very patient and was willing to show multiple units. Even showed the same units we looked at again so i could make the best decision. The facility is very clean and well kept.
