Aleli helped me out and is fantastic :) very friendly and so helpful! She rules and has a great energy which is something that is taken for granted in the storage world The units are clean and easily accessible! Great locks and good security! I feel like my stuff is safe and secure in this place:)
My experience is based on renting a 10 x 20 unit on April 26, 2019 on Vineland Avenue. Thus far, I'm very satisfied with renting with A-1 Self Storage. I liked that I could reserve the unit on the internet (and over phone) at no charge for a limited time until I could view it in person to be sure. Kal was a really big help and gave good advice. He was also very patient and was willing to show multiple units. Even showed the same units we looked at again so i could make the best decision. The facility is very clean and well kept.
Alelí Is super nice and helpful. The facilities are very clean and they are cheaper than public storage. Sounds great to me!
Nice enough people and a good storage building/location, but they will raise your prices!!! I started in November 2017 paying, $138. They raised it to $155 in less than a year, and now, March 2019 (less than a year a half later) I just got notice they want to raise it to $185 a month. I just looked at their website and they have my 5x10 unit size on "web special" for $109. I will email to look into it more, but buyer beware. Russell was very helpful and A1 provided me with a nice space for a good price (discounts for first month). The security system was secure and the space was clean. Would use again

The facility is clean and the staff is very friendly. I would recommend A-1 Self Storage for their customer service. It's nice to do business with a place that answers the phone and answers all questions about services.
Aleli was so helpful in getting us set up with a Storage unit quickly. I came first thing in the morning and she offered me coffee and showed me the space- I love that the units themselves have security alarms vs public storage next door and the hours are much more flexible. I also got half off the first month for signing up right away! Thank you Aleli!
