Madison and Jenn are amazing. Just a professional costumer service. Inside units are clean, AC and very good lighting.

Fast, efficient, and very friendly with very competitive pricing. I called and checked in the sane day with no hassle. Very clean unit.
The main problem with A1 storage is that they WILL jack up your rate 6 months after you move in, believing that you're too lazy to move your stuff to a better storage facility. This is the third A1 storage place I've been to and the third time they've jacked up my rate after exactly 6 months. I really have to find a better place. So just understand that the rate you pay for the first 6 months will increase by about 10% after 6 months and will very likely increase every 6 months.

BUYER BEWARE! After my son's Father passed away suddenly last year, we were forced to put valuable items into a storage unit. We thought this one was great because it looked clean and organized, until after approximately 6 months they raised the price from $156 to $172 then after 1 year & a few months they raised the price to $200 now!! They claim it's the cost of living....NO, IT'S GREED! This place is a scam! Raising the prices this quickly and so often for such a small storage space is a total RIP OFF.
