This storage facility is awesome! Kathleen and Billy were so professional, helpful and accommodating when we moved in. They let us borrow the truck for free! Billy even helped me when I hurt my foot moving in. The facility is brand new.....clean, secure, cool and even pipes in music. The hours allow you to come by on weekdays without having to take the day off to do it and it is conveniently right off the 5 FWY. I highly recommend this storage to everyone! Nelda - Laguna Niguel
A-1 is THE BEST!!! I have had several storage units at different facilities all around the area. No place has come near to the quality of service and convenience of access of A-1! I have rented two different units from them and both times I was shocked to find out how little I was paying for the first month. I have used their moving truck several times (at no cost). WOW! All I can say is I moved from a storage place where they had no people skills what so ever. I love this place, I especially am so happy with Kathleen! :) She made this move so easy for me. They let you borrower there truck for free. The place is immaculate, cool, clean and even has music! I love how secure it is here. I also think the hours are great for the customers! Best storage facility and staff in the area. I've actually had storage units at 3 neighboring facilities off and on over the past 10 years. Finally A1 storage came along. Clean, fresh and modern. I'm not sure what I'm more impressed with the facility or the staff. Billy and Kathleen are really terrific! Great to talk to and made my move in very smooth.
