A-1 Self Storage just saved my butt! Ashley and Brendon were awesome to deal with in our new socially-distant economy. Ashley patiently walked me through everything I needed to acquire a storage unit online, then Brendon following up helped me with on-boarding over the phone since I couldn't make it in during business hours. Be aware that when you rent a space the company will increase your rent on a regular basis. Our unit was rented to us in 2016 for $190, we just emptied it and we were paying $350. We understand inflation but this was ridiculous. And... when we emptied our unit earlier this month, there were 4 matching dining chairs missing, among other items. These items were stored right near the space opening. We had not been in our unit for over a year and had no idea someone was able to access our A-1 mandatory locking system and steal p... read more

We will work with the police fully during their investigation. I would like to clarify that we do not have a master key, and the only set of keys to the lock are given to you at the time of purchase. Once you have filed the police report, we'll be happy to work with the authorities to bring closure to this matter.
I have been a tenant for 3 yrs and I am very happy here with my unit. It's very clean and super nice staff!
