A-1 Self Storage just saved my butt! Ashley and Brendon were awesome to deal with in our new socially-distant economy. Ashley patiently walked me through everything I needed to acquire a storage unit online, then Brendon following up helped me with on-boarding over the phone since I couldn't make it in during business hours. Be aware that when you rent a space the company will increase your rent on a regular basis. Our unit was rented to us in 2016 for $190, we just emptied it and we were paying $350. We understand inflation but this was ridiculous. And... when we emptied our unit earlier this month, there were 4 matching dining chairs missing, among other items.
