So thrilled with my experience here! I was expecting the process of renting a storage unit to be long and unpleasant but it was just the opposite! Shawn helped me find just the size unit I needed in a matter of minutes! She was patient with me when I asked to see a larger unit and I very much enjoyed her personality. She was very helpful and answered all the questions I had. So glad I came in when I did!

Very convenient location for me. Office staff is helpful, pay online, good to go. The only downfall is I can't always find a flatbed cart... maybe I don't know where else to look however.

I've been using this location for my storage needs for about two years now. Each summer I store all of my furniture and school supplies seeing as though I only live here for college. Each time I rent out a storage unit I have a very pleasant experience. The workers are nice and the facility is clean. I'll be a returning customer and I've already referred this location to my friends (now we all store here each summer).

I nothing bad to say about this place. I had my items there for about 5 months with no problems. Moving in was easy and when I was ready to move out I just called and they took care of it. The people who work in the office were very professional and made sure that all my questions were answered.

Extremely clean and easy to access every time. I had no issues setting up a rental, or closing out my account when I was complete with renting here. I didn't have any unknown fees, and payment was easy online. Plenty of security with a convenient location just off the interstate.

I was only here for about 2.5 months. And every time I did go to the office everyone was very friendly and nice. I like the hours and how secure the units feel. I only had a small one but it was always easy to get to with the lifts they have.

I went in recently to look at a 5x5 storage unit that I had reserved to make sure it was big enough to store my dorm items over the summer. Matt showed me the unit and explained everything I would need to know in detail and how to get in and out of my unit. Since I have never rented a storage space before he made everything very easy to understand and the paperwork was super simple. I definitely recommend them. Plus they give you a 25% discount on the first month if you are a college student!
