I've been using this location for my storage needs for about two years now. Each summer I store all of my furniture and school supplies seeing as though I only live here for college. Each time I rent out a storage unit I have a very pleasant experience. The workers are nice and the facility is clean. I'll be a returning customer and I've already referred this location to my friends (now we all store here each summer).
I nothing bad to say about this place. I had my items there for about 5 months with no problems. Moving in was easy and when I was ready to move out I just called and they took care of it. The people who work in the office were very professional and made sure that all my questions were answered.
First time ever having to rent out a storage unit & this place really made it as easy as possible for us! Matt was a great help & we greatly appreciate the customer service! Also thank you for the free boxes!! :)
Extremely clean and easy to access every time. I had no issues setting up a rental, or closing out my account when I was complete with renting here. I didn't have any unknown fees, and payment was easy online. Plenty of security with a convenient location just off the interstate.
I was only here for about 2.5 months. And every time I did go to the office everyone was very friendly and nice. I like the hours and how secure the units feel. I only had a small one but it was always easy to get to with the lifts they have.
I went in recently to look at a 5x5 storage unit that I had reserved to make sure it was big enough to store my dorm items over the summer. Matt showed me the unit and explained everything I would need to know in detail and how to get in and out of my unit. Since I have never rented a storage space before he made everything very easy to understand and the paperwork was super simple. I definitely recommend them. Plus they give you a 25% discount on the first month if you are a college student!
Let me start this review with saying that the staff is friendly but the staff does my pay storage bill once again a rent raise. A year ago I stored my 3bedroom house into a storage unit coming from another storage place the previous year. I was looking at a more secured unit. The first six months were fine until I received a call that the units beside me flooded and needed to move all that is stored out and put into another storage unit. Wonderful service in time of need. Was able to get the right size unit quickly and filled with my belongings in less then 2 1/2 hours. Easy to get in, carts available, very happy.
Horrible customer service and poor management. I had reserved a storage unit for one price, received an email confirmation and then called to confirm and Christina told me they couldn't honor the price in my email. Completely UNETHICAL. I took my business to Public Storage and they honored the price A-1 was going to give me originally. Public Storage is a class act!
