Needed a storage unit for my daughter and found this location. From the phone call inquiry to the office staff everyone was great to work with. When we arrived at A-1, Shawn gave us a breakdown of the contact and rules. She then showed us to our rental unit and explained the alarms. Shawn was delightful and very informative. Love all the security features and the ability to rent month to month with the option to give a 24 hour notice of vacating. I found this company to be very easy to work with and they are very flexible.

I checked out A-1 Storage thanks to other Yelp reviews. From the time I walked in, Kristina, the store manager, was extremely helpful, kind and professional. I was not exactly sure what size unit I needed, so she showed me several options and provided pricing. The facilities are well kept and clean. Such nice and attentive staff! Kristina and Amanda are so sweet and made the process of renting the storage locker so easy! Super helpful and our 10x15 storage locker held all our furniture with ample leftover space from our two bedroom apartment. Highly recommend for easy access and convenient storage space.

I am so pleased with my experience here so far... Amanda who welcomed me at the front desk is a super star and amazingly sweet and on point. Helped me with everything and it's been a stressful week with moving so it was really amazing having someone so great. Prices are amazing and the overall easiness of the process was very nice. My first time at this location, found it online. The unit I leased is for business purposes. Shawn was quite attentive and helpful. She even assisted me finding a way to save on the key lock by checking in on Yelp. Thank Shawn, saving a couple of bucks is crucial for the non-profit chapter I preside. I also got a great deal on the leased unit. Look online and you will save some money when you hold it reserve the unit that suits your needs.
