Shawn was an absolute treasure. I felt like the process to book the unit was super easy. The units have elevator lifts and carts available for easy unloading super secure. Shawn should get a raise! She was over attentive and super helpful! Will continue giving my business here!

Shawn was amazing! She took us step by step through everything we needed to know about storing our items, how to use the freight elevator, and even the correct way to use the lock. She was very thorough and very nice to my husband and I, taking us through our first time renting a storage space ever!
