Two hours after I rented a unit they got my money, now they start unnecessary problems. While trying to move from vehicle to unit (just moving in) their already leaving threats on my voicemail that there going to put their own lock on it because they happened to walk by me and the unit acknowledged me as a new tenant WHILE I'M MOVING IN and then said it was unlocked...Duh, I'm moving in and cannot put stuff in storage if it isn't open hello ? Horrible prices for the size storage you get. Anywhere else is cheaper than here. Don't be fooled by the staffs nice interaction. You almost feel forced into getting your storage by how before you even decide if it's for you that start pulling out paperwork to sign and opened the box with brand new lock in it before I can even agree to anything.

Nice, clean, good smelling, storage spaces. Cold storages which is good for furniture. Good security features, low price, military discount. The lady who helped me was Shawn and she was funny and helpful when picking out my space.

I came in today with a girl friend of mine today not having any idea on how any of the process or dimensions of storage worked .We walked in and met with Shawn she was very helpful, informative, and patient with us ... she even showed us the different unit sizes. Overall, we had a pleasant experience with great friendly and very well informed staff.

The storage facility was very clean, they have elevator access which is going to be amazing when we move our couches and there is a.c.! I am very big on customer service and I have to say i received some of the best customer ever from Shawn. She was like a breath of fresh air. You can tell she enjoys her job and helping people. I will most definitely be telling all of my friends and family to use this A-1 location for their storage needs. Thanks Shawn!

Corina helped me out the first time I went there. She was very pleasant and helpful. We asked if we could see the unit so we could visualize if our stuff could fit in the unit. The units and grounds were very clean. I definitely recommend this storage location (Frazee / Murray canyon).
