After searching several locations I was delighted to find A1 Storage located on Camino Ruiz in San Diego. The place is brand new, has great access and is clean as a whistle. What's even better than all that is the customer service which is fantastic! Wendy provide customer service that was both personable and professional answering all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend this facility if you're looking to rent storage space in a clean and secure location with great customer service!
This branch has very clean facilities, great display, and excellent customer service. Barbara was very professional and clearly explained the minutiae of storing one's stuff. She was not pushy in selling her merchandise and items (e.g. locks and other storage supplies) in the store was not pricey at all (in comparison to public storage).
Very good facility and great service especially from Wendy and all the ladies who work there. I was very pleased with the experience and the price. They were very polite, patient and went out of their way for me. Thank you A-1 Storage. Great place.
A-1 Self Storage Camino Ruiz offers top-notch customer service, in addition to, a clean, safe and secure environment for your storage needs. I love the convenience of the 24-hour payment kiosk! I would readily recommend doing business with A-1 Self Storage.
Great storage company, the service is great, the place is clean and plenty of security measures are taken to keep your stuff safe, No 24hr access but available till 10pm. I really liked that first months rent was free, that promotion comes and goes but is one of their most popular.
