Highly recommended this place! We got our unit over the weekend and Karen A-1 Staff is very informative,friendly and always have a smile on her face! The building is neat inside and out. Meets my expectations when it comes to renting a storage.
I got a storage unit today and this place met all of my expectations and more. Security of the units are great. Everything is password protected to enter the building. The locks issued go into the doors for extra protection. Great alarm systems. My associate was Kim. She answered all of my questions and took me to the unit and told me of alternate routes to get to the unit. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good unit. Prices are more than fair.
A-1 Self Storage has been a really clean convenient temporary place to store some of my belongings. It was so easy I called spoke to Kim said i was on my way and she had all of my paperwork and everything ready for me within 10 minutes. This has been one of the easiest transactions i have ever made. Thanks Kim for your kindness friendliness and very quick assistance to get my stuff taken care of. I really appreciate that. Great prices, clean, quiet, safe so far and I'm really glad I picked this place. Have had a a storage here for about 9 months. Love the loading zones and carts. Helps me load off the heavy stuff. Haven't had much storages anywhere but in Vegas and got robbed there 3 times, so I took my time when picking one. I recommend from what I've seen so far.
STOP!! They will unexpectantly raise your monthly rate without notice in order to, "offset the increasing costs of maintenance, taxes, insurance and utilities." HOOK, LINE & SINKER! Prepare yourself for a rate hike in 2 months of using this storage unit. Not worth it!!

We therefore review those rates at 5-6 months and sometimes make adjustments accordingly. I had a great experience with the staff at A 1 Storage! I came in looking for a storage unit and Barbara gave me a great idea of what size I would need based on the size of my condo, she even drove me around the place to pick out exactly which storage unit I wanted (I selected the one closest to the elevator of course!) they even let you use their U-Haul truck for free to move your stuff, can't beat that!
