Writing a review for A1 Storage is my distinct pleasure! I lived in the area of the 'Camino Ruiz' A1 less than a year and chose to do business because their online reviews were outstanding! I was deployed overseas for 10 months and not once did I feel any shade of doubt or concern for my personal property. The automatic payment was seamless. Great facility. Secure, climate controlled, convenient access with large elevators and dollies. Easy pay online or at the kiosk on site. Great layout, wide doors, well lit. Cons: at the higher end of the price scale, unable to pay for multiple months in advance, piped music a bit loud when trying to converse in halls that echo the sound. I recommend this facility and would use it again.
Nice location and competetive prices. I dropped by to see if this place deserved the reviews it has on yelp and Google and was not disappointed. The well kept building and friendly staff (Karen) made the decision easy.
From the beginning I was overly satisfied with this company (location). The receptionist was amazing. Very friendly, knowledgable and assuring. This location also has an after hours kiosk that provides service to start a rental, pay a bill and even purchase a lock. Their hours are convenient for those who need to access theirs locker after hours. They also provide dollies. The property is clean and secure. I will be recommending them.

This company is professional, does online billing. They make everything convenient including parking, loading carts, onsite bathroom & coffee, and a store with supplies. Excellent staff, nice, clean, accessible. A true pleasure!
Kim and Karen were extremely friendly and helpful. It was a refreshing, fast, and very easy move-in process! The grounds and the particular unit I chose to rent were clean and well-maintained. There are carts available for loading and unloading items from the storage, which is convenient, and I feel like my belongings are secure!
I had a great experience renting from this A-1 Self Storage! The move-in process was easy and Kim was super helpful. The unit was clean, came at an affordable price, and very accessible even though it was on the third floor. They have huge dollies and hospital-like elevators for your convenience! This place ROCKS! Kim is an EXCELLENT Team Member. She made me feel very comfortable and made signing up very smooth. Jennifer is great as well. You can tell these ladies care about their jobs.
