I chose this facility because it was new as well as it was a convenient midway point from my previous residence and my new place. I booked the unit online and then went to the office to finalize the rental of the storage unit. Jessica was extremely service-oriented, professional, and welcoming. The storage unit itself was clean, secure, and easily accessible. As I was moving my things out, I was able to get a reimbursement for my payment because my final month hadn't begun yet. Clean and easily accessible facilities. Rent however raises too much.
Reserved a climate controlled unit a week ago, called to follow up on date I would come in, came in a day earlier and turns out they rented it out. A courtesy call would have been appreciated, not to mention they could have let me know during my follow up call. Luckily I have some time to look for another storage company, but I could see how this could be very bad if someone had already rented a uhaul truck, and was ready to move. After I moved from Wladivostok to California, I was looking for some storage space. I came to this place, talked to the people, and they ultimately made me an offer that apprently I could not refuse. I agreed but it turned out the storage was a pure shithole infested with cockroaches and rodents. The staff was completely unbearable and would not reimburse me. Be wary, the service and quality at this location is questionable at best. I have stored with A-1 storage on 3 separate occasions over the past 5 years, each instance for several months in duration. There have been changes in leadership and quality of service at this location! Most recently, I moved my items into a storage unit on a Saturday morning. As a first time mover and a firdt time storage unit owner, i would have to say that they helped me out so much and the ladies at the front desk were very kind. Always willing to help and answer any questions.

The place is clean and well kept. A word of caution, if you know your move out date, let them know in advance, if not YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE ENTIRE MONTH. Let them know and save yourself a little cash.
