Be wary, the service and quality at this location is questionable at best. I have stored with A-1 storage on 3 separate occasions over the past 5 years, each instance for several months in duration. There have been changes in leadership and quality of service at this location! Most recently, I moved my items into a storage unit on a Saturday morning. As a first time mover and a firdt time storage unit owner, i would have to say that they helped me out so much and the ladies at the front desk were very kind. Always willing to help and answer any questions.

The place is clean and well kept. A word of caution, if you know your move out date, let them know in advance, if not YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE ENTIRE MONTH. Let them know and save yourself a little cash.

That's good advice, Conrad G. We do ask for advance notice of your move out date, so that we can pro-rate your rent accordingly. This way you are only charged for the days needed.
Great service by the ladies at the front desk, and the units are secured and in temperature controlled buildings. Great experience and convenient.

This place is amazing! They are convenient, price competitive and willing to work with you! They never judged me for having to fall into my grace period more than once! That ment a lot to me! Karen took care of all my needs with a relaxed and warm attude, regardless of what they were! If i ever need storage again, im comin back here! Front counter has a small candy dish! Also, very important!

Really like this place. There's a bunch of doors with security codes you have to go through so I know that my stuff will definitely be safe. The office is clean and customer service is great!

FACILITY: FIVE STARS. I've moved 14 times (I know, it's a lot of moving) and this facility has been the cleanest, easiest, and largest elevator/hallway storage facility I've experienced. Moreover, because of the up-to-date HVAC system my clothes were not moldy despite only storing them in regular suitcases for about 6 months. Typically if clothes are stored without being vacuumed sealed in a large bag, the clothes, sheets, blankets etc usually become moldy. My rating of the facility is bar none the best I've experienced. Your original monthly rate is not guaranteed for the life of your rental with A-1, as our contracts are on a month to month basis.
Very clean and safe storage facility. Staff was able to help me out in getting a storage at a good rate and got %50 off the first month which with the insurance and extra fees plus lock came out to the price of the storage.
