Great service from JP & James! I was in a crunch & needed to move out of my apartment. Their rates were ok but I did get the 1st month free. The building was extremely clean & well lit. What I liked most was the great customer service I received from the guys up front! They went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of.

I enjoyed storing at this location. It was very clean inside and out. The 10 pm access hours helped make the arduous process of moving into my new apartment a smooth and easy experience. The gentlemen in the office are great. James has been extremely helpful and kind to my husband and I. Service here is second to none. If I ever need storage again, I will be a returning customer. Highly recommended.

I have - for the better or worse - been renting at or involved somehow at A-1 almost since they opened. By the worse, I don't mean the facilities or service but the time I have been there is and will always be associated with some of the worst experiences of my life: first, the loss of mi corazon, mi madre Rosita after losing finally her long and painful battle with cervical cancer and second, the rancorous battles and trench warfare and disastrous aftermath of a bitter, rancorous divorce. First off, the staff is awesome. They really went out of their way to make sure I got the best deal when I moved in. I'm moving out soon and they took me off of autopay and pro rated my rent. Always very friendly and willing to help out. Secondly its very clean all around the bathrooms pretty nice and it's a very secure building. They use automatic lighting and even though there is no light bulb inside of a unit there is plenty of hallway light to illuminate. The rent is about what you pay everywhere else. Very impressed. The facility is clean, well lit, and provides excellent customer service. JP opened my account initially and has helped me on a number of occasions since, always going above and beyond. He has a winning personality and is never too busy to answer my questions.

The facility is clean. the attendants are courteous and friendly. The piped in music is horrible. But then again, i prefer elevator music. the facilities are easy to use.

I recently had to rent a storage locker in a bit of a pinch when I had to move out unexpectedly from my apartment. After conducting a bit of research around the area for possible options, I narrowed my list down to the top 3 likely candidates and went out to visit each on-site. Good facilities - clean, convenient, reasonably well lit, good music playing in the background, plenty of carts available, seems secure. Excellent service by staff - friendly, helpful, available. They have deals going on throughout the year. Good pricing compared to other facilities around. My experience has been good here; I'd recommend this place.
